Develop
When the Design phase is ready, our project team resumes working with Design for the Manufacturing and Assembly method and the Product Director remains in charge. Next steps are Product management, Total Cost of Ownership, HMI interface design, sustainability evaluation, purchase parts for prototyping, prototype assembly in-house by our own design/application engineers, Quality Function Development, Value Analysis /Value engineering, testing/validation, …

Deliver
We start the supply-chain for serial assembly, where the Supply-Chain Manager was already involved in the project from the beginning. Our application engineers are designing and setting up tooling, manuals and work instructions for the serial assembly of machines. All tools are installed, implemented and started up by our own application engineers. Purchased parts are coming in in our ware house from where logistics is transporting the parts to our assembly locations. After the Factory Acceptance Test of each machine, functional, electrical and operational, the machines are packaged and stored in our warehouse. Shipment to many different European locations is organized by Menzing.
