Safetykleen is Europe's number one provider of all-in-one parts cleaning services, waste collection and environmental advice. Founded in 1973, Safetykleen has 50 years of experience, understands its customers' needs and offers targeted solutions that exceed expectations.
The collaboration between Safetykleen and Menzing began in 2011 and has since grown into a partnership with increasingly larger and more advanced projects. Various industrial parts washers have been designed and manufactured exclusively for Safetykleen, fully tailored to their own brand identity and quality requirements.
With a view to 2026, our collaboration is stronger than ever and we will continue to work together to develop innovative and reliable solutions.
Safetykleen previously worked with various suppliers. This was inexpensive, but the quality left something to be desired, resulting in inevitable problems. This is precisely the type of technology that we deliberately do not supply, because we stand for reliability and high quality.
When Safetykleen came back to us, it immediately became clear why our approach works. We do not manufacture the parts ourselves, but organise, monitor and safeguard the entire process. We focus on high-quality assembly, supported by a powerful and reliable supply chain. This enables us to guarantee consistent quality, delivery reliability and continuity, without Safetykleen having to get involved in the manufacturing process.
The collaboration began with the development of large parts washers, followed later by ultrasonic machines. When Safetykleen needed a compact version of the Jet Clean, we developed the Mini Jet Clean, which proved to be a great success. What started as a small series of 100 units grew in the third year to a recurring series of more than 700 units.
Meanwhile, Safetykleen transferred both existing and new machines to us entirely. This allows us to take care of everything related to production and ensure that everything is ready on time, so that they can continue to distinguish themselves and serve their customers optimally.
In addition, we were given an increasingly important role in contributing ideas for further development: how machines can become smarter, more efficient and future-proof, always in line with Safetykleen's interests and brand identity. This enables us to supply products that work, are delivered on time and actively contribute to the growth of our partners.
The collaboration with Safetykleen has resulted in higher and consistent quality, shorter delivery times and a scalable production process that grows in line with their ambitions. Our focus on assembly and a strong supply chain ensures that machines are built reliably and reproducibly, without Safetykleen having to delve into production challenges. In this way, we create continuity, certainty and room for growth. Year after year.
