Niverplast wanted to refocus on its core activities: engineering, innovation and system integration. To create space for this, it was decided to outsource the production of standard modules. This freed up capacity for the core business, without compromising on quality or technical control.

The key question for Niverplast was therefore: How can we maintain maximum control over quality and technology while outsourcing the production of standard modules in a flexible, scalable and future-proof manner?

The solution

Together with Menzing, Niverplast developed a manufacturing strategy that clearly focuses on core business and execution. The goal: to free up internal production capacity at Niverplast by outsourcing the production of standard modules to Menzing in a flexible and scalable manner.
